    When America pumps money into the Arab budgets, it goes directly into weapons aquisition. All this aid should stop if America really wants peace. The Arab nations have hundreds of military aircraft, hundreds of tanks, many artillery pieces, and all manner of high tech toys. Barak would seek a qualitative advantage for the miniscule Jewish state if he actually asked for another $20 billion -- but despite this article's headline, he didn't and probably won't.
