Its treatment of the Palestinians is particularly egregious and the whole world knows it and Turkey'sMinister is certainly correct in pointing it out. Israel will of course complain that the West singles it out for criticism, but then it is Israel that always pretends to be so very modern and progressive when it is in fact a scary fundamentalist society about as rigid as the human psyche can handle.
