It doesn't matter what the arabs want if Israel doesn't want the same thing. The arabs can't decide we want a single binational state and then tell the UN to pass a resolution authorising it. Only if Israel wants to change its national identity and make all these people citizens can this single state idea work. The best solution is the one thats not politically correct and that is Jordan as the palestinian state. 80% of Jordan's population define themselves as palestinian and many are descend from the original refugees of 1948. Jordan is a big place so plenty of room for everybody and it has a developed economy and infrastructure so its like moving straight into a house rather than building a new one from the ground up. All palestinians are issued with Jordanian passports and made Jordanian citizens by default doesn't even matter if they didn't ask for it they will automatically be given Jordanian citizenship, an international fund will be created to raise money for Jordan help pay for it. Israel officially annexes Judea & Samaria. Whilst the now Jordanians will be encouraged through financial incentives to leave Israeli territory and go to Jordan the arabs living in whats now Israeli territory will be permitted to stay there with residency visas so they are not citizens with rights they are Jordanians but as long as they pay their taxes and obey the law they will be allowed to stay as Jordanians in Israel. If a property owning now jordanian wants to move the Israeli government will be obligated to buy their property. The Jordanian government can wipe out any terrorists. Its the ideal solution because it means nobody has to leave their homes arabs or settlers, arabs get a viable state, Israel stays a Jewish state sadly its just not politically correct to propose even though its the ideal solution for all concerned.
