Alberto Having listened to Danny in person,in his presence, rather than heard other peoples second hand reports, and as a Zionist, I disagree with you. Caring about Israel doesnt prevent an ability to criticize, as well as admire. Intelligence doesnt prevent stupidity, tunnel vision or nievite. Words mean different things in different cultures & used in appropriately can have far reaching consequence.Danny still wouldn't take that lesson on board, which is a pity. Going to speak at a Un conference doesnt mean he doesnt care about Israel,or that he isnt a Zionist, he just isnt as clued up as you give him credit for. As for the money for half the airplane ticket (The Turkish conference paid the other half) and a couple of nights in a Golders Green Hotel... The Zionist Fed knew his political views when they asked him to come to speak,.. really the pitiful sum of money is a red herring..& undermines & distracts from an examination and healthy discussion of the real issues .
