Albert, I do NOT accept that Bush was duly elected to either term of office. As far as my own personal vote, the voting machine that I voted on, and the tabulation machine that tabulated my vote were both decertified by my state as inaccurate and easily tampered with. My vote has been invalidated. And this isn't just an issue in my state. Ohio, which if it would have gone the other way would have lost Bush the White House, also used the same machines. http://www.newsweek.com/id/80831 "The review that was conducted in Ohio, the state that narrowly gave President Bush his win in 2004, concluded that electronic voting machines are vulnerable to security breaches and human error." The decertification of voting machines used in the 2004 elections has just began. Many more states are now looking at decertification too. Bush will always have a star next to his presidency to indicate he MIGHT have been elected President by the electorate, maybe not.
