    Don't be too sure Alan.Although it is a possibility.Wait and see.(I mean about Raham) You say:Maybe it would be a good time for Israel to get closer to China. They`re gonna be the big boys on the block in the next few decades, so why cling to the US as the last bastion for peace?... Firstly they are almost the big boys on the block. Secondly a few years ago it was tried(during the Bush era).We had Chinese in Jerusalem making overtures on several business ventures/proposal/deals. What is more,they were flattering Jewish ingenuity when conducting their parley. But,Bush objected vehemently and Israel had to abort the deal. Which proves that should Israel cut and run leaving the US(the sole friend of Israel,more like anemies nowadays)Israel would be able to do business with many countries who are waiting in the wings. India is another who is waiting with open arms to acquire the know how of the Israelis. So,no big news Alan.
