When Israel evacuated all Jews from Gaza by force, when they dismantled every single Jewish home there was in Gaza as a goodwill gesture towards peace, WHAT did it bring back in return from the Gaza Palestinians? Peace? When we have leftists in the Israeli / Jewish community who literally BEG everyone to play nice with one another on both sides of the conflict, I ask you people, are there ANY "leftists" on the Palestinian side to meet our Israeli leftists somewhere in the middle? Do I have to even ask such a simple question? WHERE are the Palestinian leftists? Akiva's angle of "taking the moral high-ground" all the time is not only illogical, but it makes me wonder if we had people like Akiva instead of Moshe Dayan leading the IDF back in the good old days, would we have even SURVIVED the vicious, evil, lustful and obsessed-ridden attacks on the Jewish people of the Middle East? The enemy of Israel doesn't NEED baby steps to gradually come around any decade now to a sense of normal psychiatric behavior. The enemy of Israel looks for only ONE thing, a VULNERABILITY in Israeli society to exploit and find an opening to use, as opening for an attack. Akiva's logic is in dream land. You give Abbas a cookie for free, he's not going to only ask you for a free glass of milk to go along with it, but right afterwards, he'll turn around and tell his people that we stole the cows from them that made the milk. I don't believe Akiva remembers the neighborhood of the world he lives in, and I don't think he realizes that Israel's adversaries do not think like Israelis themselves. So STOP giving them ANY free milk, or ANY free cookies. Let them EARN it, and not the built up lie that a Jew stole it from them. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
