    Too often, one stands up from his sit at the end of a lecture and is surprised hearing other people commenting the lecture: they heard in the same lecture things that he hasn't heard and were not said by the lecturer, but people, having a preconceived idea about the elcturer, hear what they expected to hear. Akiva interpretes what he read the way he expects the writer to mean, not what is actually written. I don't see the connection with the water issue, but since it has been open: What about the millions of cubic meters sold to Jordanian farmer at a lower price than water is sold to Israeli farmers? About Governement grants: what about the millions given to the generaly pro-Palestinian cinema schools, theaters and other "cultural" associations? Only yeshiva block water projects? By the way i myself have been trying to promote several projects such as a 75 MW wind/water flow power plant, used and sewer water cleansing, and more. But I don't accuse the cinema schools for my failur
