Wrong! The Scripture is specific about who is God and who is not. Scripture is also specific about the heritage of Abraham going to the sons of the ligitmate wife, Sarah, not the concubine/slave, Hagar. In the case of both Abraham and Isaac, Scripture is specific about how the heritage is passed down and who God is. There is never any mention of al-illah (the god) or allah (the arabic moon-god which was the one worshipped by the founder of islam--that one is an idol inscribed on the side of the ka'abah in mecca). As for claiming desent from from Jacob (later known as Israel-renamed by YHWH), all of Jacobs sons went to egypt under the authority of Joseph. All of the desendents of Ishmael and Esau went into the desert east of the jordan river and southeast of the dead sea (which is today arabia). There are no records of Ishmael and Esau joining with the desendents of Joseph in egypt. In fact, Moses who led the Hebrews out of egypt was in exile in midian which is/was part of arabia. During the travells of the Hebrews through the forty years in the deserts even midian attacked them and was subsequently destroyed. Therefore, 'palestinians' have no claim to the heritage of Israel unless they can prove via DNA that they are directly desended from Sara and Abraham. Then their claim is only valid today if they convert to Judaism and declare on oath their loyalty to modern Israel.
