You're repeating the same nonsense that Ahmadinejad has never threatened to wipe Israel off the map. That's simply untrue. The "translation" of his remarks that you cite was not what was contained in the official Iranian government translation of his remarks. And he didn't threaten Israel just one time, but numerous times. When challenged about his threats against Israel, Iranian government spokesmen have never denied that he called for Israel to be wiped off the map. I suppose you'll also tell us that Ahmadinejad isn't a Holocaust denier, even though he referred to the Holocaust as a "myth." Was that also a mistranslation? I might add that Ayatollah Khamenei has referrerd to Israel numerous times as a "cancerous tumor" that "must be uprooted from the region." I suppose he was mistranslated too. To Haaretz reviewers: Please post my talkback after numerous attempts since you have no problem posting a great many anti-Israel and anti-Jewish posts but seldom post any pro-Israel posts even though you're an Israeli newspaper!
