so here's a quick reminder of some facts again. Try to remember them maybe for a week or so. 1) Britain settled the Falklands before Argentina ever did. There was no local population at the time. 2) The local population wants to stay under British rule 3) The UK has a legal framework for regions to become independent, should a majority of the local population ever want to. So occupation does not really seem like the correct term to use here. Don't you agree?
