Looking at comment # 1, I see I forgot the art of deflection. By this defense, no criticism of Israelis is possible, unless universal international absence of the stated flaw exists. Therefore, if the flaw exists elsewhere in the world, at any time in history, all that is needed is to say that others have the stated flaw, and until this flaw is removed, and any memory of the stated flaw is removed, there is no problem, all that is needed is to say "Well, (fill in the blank) is just as bad, so we Israelis do not need to worry, because (fill in the blank) is just as bad and guilty of this as well!". This works well with Canadians, Americans and Aussies, as all were guilty of repression and colonialism 200 years ago. Thus, unless you were never guilty of anything, ever, who are you to criticize Israel? Brilliant rationalization judgement (or lack thereof)
