Good to see your back on the offensive, I thought last time you had been scared away. As for your rather non-analysis of my commentary, let me elaborate as simply as possible so that you can understand. 1.) It is common knowledge that, post 911, Cheney ordered Powell to ignore the Palestine - Israel conflict on a so that the focus would remain Iraq. Hence the term ignorance. 2.) It is criminal negligence because hundreds of innocents on both sides have been killed, the illegal occupation of the WB (and containment of Gaza) continues and settlement building continues. All contravene International Law, and by not trying to do anthing about it the Bush Admin has abetted it. 3.) Palestinian subjugation - what else would you call curfews, spontaneous strip searches, mass arrests, school closures, restriction on travel, random house searches, sonic booms, etc. 4.) What - the middle east is a stabler place than before the war? Al-Quaida has been defeated? Get real. 5.) Hmmm...withdrew a judicial nomination, lost two gubernatorial races, investigations into Abramoff, Libby, DeLay, etc., falling ratings, no success on key initiatives, and a battle about to ensue over Alito,Katrina and Iraq (still there). I'd say he's becoming a political liability, or lame duck. 6.) See 5 7.) If Sharon is a rightwing militant par excellance...he, like you, believes everything can be won with force. 8.) Sharon opposes the peace process because he opposes the idea of a Palestinian state. He is a warrior who has known nothing but war his whole life. He also seems to think that Palestinians are a 'lesser' people. Much like yourself. They were by no means throw away remarks, they were explicit accusations. Face it Fagin, rightwing militantism is a sinking ship, and your are First Mate!
