I AM Jewish. By ethnicity, not religious dogma. There is no denying my Jewish heritage, I recall the tattoo's on my grandparent's arms and their stories about the concentration camp and the Death March and their journey to the new homeland for the Jewish people. I don't see myself as Jewish by religion. I do believe in god, but my definition of god isn't what most people would think. God didn't create the universe. God *IS* the universe. The laws of physics that allow this universe to exist. That is god, and everyone and everything in this universe is part of god. This contradicts most religious dogmas, so I must not be of any of those religions. I am nonetheless of the Jewish people.

IfNotNow doesn’t deserve the support of left-leaning Jews
