You can't demand a terrorist with blood on his hands be exchanged for a kidnapped Israeli soldier if the terrorist is dead. Since these prisoner exchanges, hundreds for one, hundreds in exchange even for murdered soldiers, will continue, Israel should not be in a position of handing over the worst of the terrorists (Kuntar). They should be long dead.
