Historians say that Iran has not attacked another country since 1780. The US pressed Turkey to bear down and they reminded the US that they settled their common border in 1637, and Iran has not caused troubke there since. Despite the rhetoric, Iran is very cautious. As of the beginning of the year Iran had 520 MRBM capable of reaching Israel (Bibi & friends have been saying 35!), each one capable of launching 1, 3, or 5 independent warheads with an accuracy now thought to be about 30-50 meters, if not less. Cluster bomb payloads launch 5 warheads with 280 bomblets each, 1400 bombs from one missile. Iranian chatter indicates that this will be a principal form of attack. Arrow II can, if they work well, stop 10% of the warheads before theu are saturated. Five years ago Israel had 3 subs, Iran 5, some not working. Today Israel has 4, Iran has 33, sometimes launching 2 or 4 in one month.
