suppose the Swedish (or any other) government adopts a policy that is not of the liking of FM Lieberman, and then suppose that the Israeli ambassador (defending Israel's honor) gets rude and aggressive .... and then what? will Sweden (or any other country) tremble in fear and change policy? OF COURSE NOT what leverage does Israel have to force a sovereign country to toe the line of Lieberman? NONE The Swedes (or any other government) can simply send the rude ambassador back to Tel Aviv. It is obvious that diplomacy requires different skills from bouncing drunks in a night club. My guess is that Lieberman will soon be moved to another ministry (before he is indicted by pending charges). Good riddance.
