Regardless of what Sara Silverman or any other Obama supporter might say, I find it repugnant that a prominent American Jew and devout supporter of Netanyahu would support the right wing of American politics with its obvious racism, its anti gay policies and its willingness to back proposals which virtually leave wealthyt people free from reasonable taxation. I cannot list here the many aspects of Jewish theology and recent American Jewish HIstory that argues against such positions. I am ashamed of him and other co-religioinists who oppose Jewish tradition. It is no wonder that Jews have consistently supported Liberalism in America over the past decades. It is consistent with our beliefs and our experiences. Adelson should support Netanyahu- in Israel. Pehaps he might go to live there as well. We have no need for Jewish supporters of Gingrich and Romney campaigns. Let's hope the vast majority of Jews will continue to back good people and defenders of those in need of justice and fairness in our country.
