Adam, You're facts are wrong, and are adapted from Leftist and Ilamist Propaganda and Intefadah Websites. ALL Gaza Jewish "settlements" self-enclosed by fences neighborhoods, were built on Jewish owned land, some land was purchased in the late 1800's and some in the early 1900's by Jews, legally purchased with deeds, and were built with building permits later on, after 1967. That is why the Israeli government is purchasing the property, sell it to the World Bank, and the PA is going to purchase this property from the WB. Contrary to what you have been propagandized, all West bank and Gaza land was not "owned" by "Palestinian" Arabs and "stolen" by "settlers". A land can only be "occupied" if a sovereign government had previously held it, which was not so- after Ottoman Empire collapse, British Mandate ruled, then Egypt and Jordan "occupied", then after Arabs attacked- Israel, a sovereign government took it over. "illegal" refers to settlements built without Israeli building Permits from the Housing Ministry. STOP THE LIES AND PROPAGANDA TO ACHIEVE YOUR AIMS.
