    "Its as simple as that" No, it's not that simple. The Palestinians have chosen to only negotiate with terrorism. Arafat walked away from negotiations, and refused even to provide a counter offer, five years ago, and instead freed terrorists in Palestinians prisons and gave them permission to murder Israeli civilians. Issues such as Jerusalem and the fake "right of return" will keep the terrorists bombing and launching rockets at Israel. The Security Fence, thankfully, has reduced terrorist bombings by 80-90 percent and must stay in place until that day that the Palestinians choose peace instead of terrorism.
