What is most offensive to me, as a Palestinian, is that we have been denied permits to use Ben Gurion airport since 2001. The only way for us to leave the county - the ONLY way - is to take the filthy land border to filthier Jordan, stay in hotels, and then take a flight the next day from the more expensive Amman airport. I would much rather face the racism of Israel than the double racism of Israel plus Jordan (since we have to go through 2 border authorities now, that's double the harassment). I have told friends before that, if there is one reason to hate Israel, it's for forcing us to go to a place like Jordan to travel. Oh, the security reason for being denied usage of Ben Gurion is bogus, because even Palestinians with foreign citizenship, Palestinians who are few months old, and Christian Palestinians are denied access to the airport (or anywhere else in Israel for that matter).
