He is claiming that the current trend of events is similar to events prior to Nazi German race laws. Essentially he is saying Israel seems to be on the same path, though at a considerably earlier stage where separation is mostly cultural and social (the separation wall?). However over this could develop into full blown racial policies. Comparing this to the Holocaust is a false analogy. However comparing your bad behavior to arguably the worst example in history doesn't make Israeli policy better. The Holocaust should be something humanity is never capable of again, not that standard you use to make your actions seem more benign.
