Could the UN perhaps start by preventing Israeli actions in Gaza like targetted assassination and the destruction of warehouses which took place near Karni yesterday? As long as Israel has a free hand to maintain its blockade on Gaza and shoot at anything or anyone they want in the Gaza Strip, talking can lead nowhere.
