Abu Yusuf, a couple of days back I had prepared something for you on Shebaa Farms being Lebanese. The deeds to the 13 farms are registered in the land registry of Lebanon and there a several internet articles on that. Also last July while the war was on, Israel was negotiating with Syria to give the Golan back and the deal was almost done when the Americans ordered the negotiations to stop. This was reported in a Haaretz article of last January and it has a map pf the area being negotiated and surprise of surprises, the farms were not shown on the negotiation map. This should tell you who owns the farms if they aren't part of the negotiations. The only thing shown on the map on the Lebanese side are the Wazzani springs where Israel keeps pirating water. Makes you wonder what those Syrians are dealing with the Israelis about the Wazzani. For full Haaretz article and maps: http://shalom-salaam.net/forum/index.php?t=msg&th=569&start=0&
