I am currently visiting Israel and have seen the areas of new and old central bus stations. I just can not believe how a great city like Tel aviv could allow such ugliness in its center! The place (specially the Old Bus Station) is full of sick looking prostitues, drug users, decaying dirty buildings, garbage, etc. Calling this area an eyesore would be a compliment to it. This whole area (old and new CBS) must be erased and rebuilt. Yes, it would be a huge project but it is necessary if Tel aviv does not want to project a third world city image.
