In your denial of the possibility that anything could ever be wrong with anything Israel does, have you ever considered the possibility that Israel is very wasteful in the way it uses water? If there were not so many swimming pools and lawns (in a place where there will always be a water shortage), and so much irrigation water wasn't wasted growing crops which shouldn't be grown in such a climate, the shortage would cease to be a problem.
