I trust that there was a suitable police report filed at the time of the indent(s). And, that the physical evidence of bruising and semen proved conclusively that the act had not been consentual and that Katsav had indeed been the participant in the act of forced fornication. Because if not, the only conviction that has been handed down is that of the unsupported word of a woman with questionable morals who had remorse over her own bad judgement. Everybody knows that the 'act' is not rape unless it is forced.
