What does the author mean by this hollow slogan? Is this to be applied to the bombardment by German forces in former Yugoslavia killing innocent civilians in a country where their forefathers committed horrible crimes against humanity? Or had the author the delivery of poisonous gas by Germany to Saddam Hussein in mind, intended to be used against Israel, killing thousands of Kurds and Iranians instead? Or did the Never Again refer to the close relationship between Germany and the mullah regime in Iran, where Germany provides to this day every company dealing with Tehran with state insurances in order to boost the position of Ahmadinejad? Or should we understand by Never Again the ongoing nuclear cooperation between Germany and a country preparing for a new Holocaust? Never Again?
