Well let me make it clear. You are free to do anything in Iran as far as it's not against the law. That means you can bash anyone and everything including the president, government policies, etc except the Leader and some few ideological figures (Khomeini, religious figures, etc). But that's all about laws, e.g. laws on press, and most of the people become annoyed when they see someone insulting Khomeini or religious figures. I mean the freedom in Iran mostly reflects public opinion.
