    The word is that Obama has been pursuaded to veto the UN resoluion, and make some other concessions, for which he will receive substantial support for a second term. Additionally, Obama has been assured that before the end of his second term, Israel would be ready to move ahead with an historic peace agreement. Personally I find it hard to believe that Obama would fall for such a transparent "something for nothing" deal which Israel comes up with so often. On the other hand, being smart did not save Obama from making a lot of stupid mistakes. I doubt that any credible news organization will pick this up for want of needing at least two independent sources for such a major story, but that does not mean it isn't true.
