    1. BTW I am as true American as one can be . The title is not reserved only to you. 2. Here in the USA we just had fierce demonstrations in Pittsburgh a few days ago. No deaths no serious injuries. Those who behaved excessively were detained and then released. Do you know haw many missing in Chavez ruled Venezuela, how many detainees never charged but kept in jail? Same goes to Castro's Cuba and all other dictatorships that you praise. And if the Dems bring up such a proposal the will definitely loose elections and it will never happen anyway. As far as Obama's sermon as you mentioned: The great thing is that even those who are in his party can oppose him in this democracy when they do not agree with the president. As we see lately in the case of the health care many Dems are not yet sold on Obama's plan. This is democracy and it works. We are not oppressed from speaking our minds but the people of Venezuela, Iran, Syria and even Turkey today are.
