The release of Shalit has not changed the essential situation. Israel still occupies the West Bank directly, the siege of Gaza continues, thousands of Palestinian prisoners remain in Israeli hands. It does not take a "threat" to make it clear that the struggle for Palestinian rights continues, and capturing Israeli soldiers could obviously be a part of this.
