A solution might be splitting of sexes at work. At my location where I work women all work in one area and there is a dividing door that the men work on the other side of the wall. We have to use security badges to enter to and fro but the only mutual place is the break room where there are tea provided, hot water, coffee, vending machines and magazines of positive nature. I feel comfortable there and no pressure as I am very shy and scared of men. Safety zone. Rankoo-Karoon
