Transparency of all public officials earning over a specified salary - say NIS 20,000 per month, icluding ALL elected politicians, judges etc. All these people should have published on the internet (a) their latest tax returns and (b) all their current income - including expenses reimbursements (note the British MP's abuse of that ) - and all benefits in kind, e.g. motor cars, loans, clothing allowances. There should be a Department specifically dealing with transparency and informing the public. I do not think that anyone in public life as an elected official or a senior civil servant should hide what he/she earns or has given to them by way of bribes or gifts. In this modern age, these matters should be readily available on one official internet site.
