Anyone and everyone one who has ever been involved in construction knows that there are myriad stumbling blocks placed before the law-abiding Jews to get permissions, while the Arabs build illegally without repercussion. So indeed, the rules do differ; they are discriminatory toward Jews and indifferent to Arabs. But what would a Liberal North American Jew know about the actual situation here, other than what they read in Haaretz, hardly an objective reporter !
