A 'means to an end' or does this mean the end? Assuming this 'means to an end' deal is reached at the expense of throwing Israel under the bus only to leave 4 more years of pressure to impose the 2 state solution, would it not be only another band aid covering the underling problem of an anti Zionist ideology permeating all of the Middle East and most of the world? While on the other hand a preemptive attack upon the assumed impending and emanate threat 'means the end' of US/ Israel relations as we know it. It 'means the end' of holding back the United Nations objective to enforce anti Zionist resolutions. It 'means the end' of cat and mouse catch me if you can political maneuvering to keep the settlement building on course. It 'means the end' to Zionist sovereignty over the holy sites. It 'means the end' of Israel's ability to throw off the straight jacket and forces its surrender to the new deal that puts Israel's enemies squarely on its front door with international backing.
