A rather laughable definition of "a hostile act" but, regardless, the correct response should be to urge Israelis not to but any Palestinian goods, and *NOT* to "close Israeli ports to Palestinian exports until the boycott is lifted". After all, the PA isn't BLOCKING any settler-made goods from export; it is merely urging its constituents not to buy those goods.
