maybe the "palestinians" and arab countries got a bit quiet about the "palestinian state" all of a sudden, because they realised what it will mean in practise: it is not about embarrassing israel to the core and have a laugh. no. there are a number of lemons to swallow, or - to be forced down the throats, on both sides... this order seems a logical first step. it was not right in the first place, that everyone could settle just where they wished within occupied or disputed territory. not even on "legal" territory this is possible. but - this rule must also be applied onto settlers. it seems a matter of not too long, until israel will be forced, too. once, the palestinian state is "legally" declared, they can grant visas to whoever they like. but this state will be inhabitated and controlled by palestinians, not by anyone sneaking to make a fortune by fraud etc... this should be the interest of the "original palestinians".
