    If the Anglo-Saxon countries and the EU sanction the Iranian Central Bank, Iran will implode economically. The Iranian currency and all capital in Rials would become worthless overnight. It has more effect than a preemtive strike. This is what Israel wants and the main reason for the sabre-rattling. It has already been suggested by some US politicians. The, as expected, stream of abuse from Iran only gives more ammunition to those who support this sanction.
