They are of course Islamists. No indication they used terror for the purpose you imagine. Their desire to destroy Israel, is also "national liberation" from their point of view (as it used to be, but changing rapidly). They viewed Israel as a foreign occupier. Still, this is a LOCAL cause, not anti-civilization cause. So this still does not justify Dumbya's view that all terrorists should be treated alike. Distinctions can prevent paranoid a
