To believe that the radical islamists want nothing more than to live peacefully in a demilitarized zone next to Israel is beyond sheer idiocy. The radical islamists want nothing more than a muslim worldwide caliphate. As an American, I marvel at looking at satellite photos juxtaposing Gaza and Israel. On the the east side truly a country of milk and honey, green with farms and with civilized housing. On the west, nothing but a hellish sand box, basically unchanged since the 8th century. Israel should be proud of what she has accomplished in a few short years and not be so willing to lose it for the shake of "living in harmony" with the radical islamists, because that is not their aim, nor will it be the result of givng in to them.
