What Obama and Hillary don't seem to realize is that Israel will not gain by peace. As a result, there is nothing that America can give Israel to make them want to sincerely seek peace. Israel profits by avoiding peace. Israels ideal scenario is one in which they accept a basket full of bribes from America to make an attempt at peace, all the while continuing to expand west bank settlements and, in the end, walking away from the table on one pretense or another. Israel profits on both sides of the deal. If Obama really wants Israel to make peace, he must start by cutting all American support to Israel. This will get Israels attention like never before and will show that America is serious about peace for the first time ever.
