because the question has been wrapped up in so much smoke&mirrors that people have lost sight of the important questions.I have been arguing for the return to the drawing board, the Partition Line of 1947(UN Resolution181).This would take care of the refugees who can then return to their homes and lands from where they were driven in 1948. Hamas may accept East J. as capital(the PLO Declaration of 1988 called for all of J.)And they follow Basic Palestinian Law,and jews who want to be Palestinian citizens can stay, but ofcourse, they cannot keep their settlements, which will have to be turned over to the Palestinian govt. or paid for etc. The'right' to exist is a meaningless obstacle to any peace settlement. That may ofcourse,be israel's agenda.
