I haven't heard any Arab leader call for a "declaration of war" if Israel does not accept refugees. The Saudi plan expicitly states that the refugee issue must be agreed upon mutually -- can't you see the hint? They are willing to negotiate over refugees. The problem is that Israel wants the Plestinians' opening position to be their final position -- show me any negotiation where the opening positions were the final positions? THAT'S WHY YOU NEGOTIATE, to make trade-offs and changes. Refugees will be on the table until Israel makes an offer that will get them off the table -- and that offer is a return to 67 borders, a fully sovereign Palestinian state, and East Jerusalem. You can keep up the arrogance and the stubborness, but it will only mean that one day soon you will be staring down the barrel of a one-state solution. By the way, I always have supported a homeland for Jews and justice for Palestinians and still think both goals are possible. But time is the enemy.
