I have to disagree with your comment on Olmert playing into Hizbullahs hands. Israel depends on its vast superior arsenal (Compliments US of A!!!); initially a short decisive war was planned, but now we see 10 000 reserves on the border. from a 'small scale' tactical defeat to a 'hand to hand combat' / full scale invasion approach to facing Hizbullah. such a sudden change in tactics smacks of poor intelligence, and a serious underestimation of hizbullahs training and discipline to its forces. Lets not talk about the 'Elite forces' who get killed by the handfull and a disasterous air campaign that proves exceptionally lethal against innocent civilians. I have to wonder if the death of civilians by air raids is showing signs of frustration on Israels part. If their targets are intended, then should they not be judged as war criminals? AND IF NOT, then how much better are they than the 'inferior arab armies' they so happily claim? So what then are Hizbullahs strenghts Mark?

'Never Again' means Israel must defend Syrians from Assad's slaughter

When Adolf Hitler first sent Jews to die, Europeans and Americans agreed that it was not their problem. Israel may be about to make the same mistake about Assad's killings in Syria.
