Think about what you said. If a Palestinian suicide bomber blows himself up on a bus killing members of the Israeli Defence Force (even if it is just one) and kill civilians as well they are playing by the same rules as those who dropped a one ton bomb on a terrorist knowing it would kill civilians. There is no difference, a suicide bomber killing members of the IDF knowing that he/she will kill civilians at the same time is playing by the same rules as defined by you. You cannot have one rule for one and another rule for someone else, either killing civilians is wrong and shouldn't happen ever, or killing civilians is an acceptable part of the Israeli/Palestinian counflict. You cannot have your cake and eat it I'm afraid.
