Hi Janice--Thanks for the post, What is worse than refusing to allow the Palestinians to return to their homes is refusing to accept that Israel,s birth is the cause of the Palestinian problem. Many Palestinians that I know would be willing to accept an open admission by Israel that it bears a large responsibility for their suffering and loss. They mosly also would accept a just Monetary compensation for the loss of their homes and property. Israel of course refuses to do so.That is their mistake. But the tide is changing. The power structure in the ME is changing. Israel had best wake up.They do not have forever. One day, the Palestinians may just throw in the towel and march for their right to vote in a bi national State.Israel,s choice. Regards.
