Right here, when you say: "You are assuming that the land on which the Israeli settlements " ISRAELI settlements - you've scuppered your own argument, because of the provisions of Article 49, 4th Geneva Convention. You also attempt to justify the presence of Jews on that land via an argument regarding their "right of return". Good on you for standing up for their civil rights. I applaud your civic mindedness; if they have a deed to the land then the Jews (NOTE: Not the "Israelis", the "Jews") have a very legitimate case to argue, and they should. But they can't argue that case while the land is under occupation, and the IDF mustn't allow them to come onto that land in order to pre-empt the outcome of their case: Article 49, 4th Geneva Convention prohibits it.
