The subject here is the jurisdiction of third parties to the conflict. Avi Dichter, who is an Israeli, and was the head of an Israeli security agency, was dragged into a US court, and accused of war crimes committed in Gaza. As strange as it may seem to you, this is not how jurisdiction works usually. My question regarding Palestinian terrorists was addressed specifically to those who, especially in Europe, but in this case in the US, have been attempting to drag Israelis into their courts for so-called war crimes, whereas they had given terrorist Arafat the Nobel Peace Prize. It is the hypocrisy that I abhorr. I seriously doubt that you would understand. You should really think before you speak. All of Hamas, as well as all of the Palestinian organizations, including Islamic Jihad, Al-Aksa, PFLP, are listed as terror organizations by the European Union. The only exception is Fatah. You should ponder this very carefully before your next post to me.
