The need to preempt Iran and export gas to Egypt was the reason the government gave to push through its controversial plan for Israel's natural gas. Now, this reason may no longer exist.08:52 31.08.15 | 1 comments
dear tulip, the problem begins and ends with bg as it was essential for israel to incorporate the 1922 mandate into a constitution. it is also vital to stop judges making law according to their political beliefs and or politicians pressure! what you now have is a ragbag of turkish , british and israel law from 1948 and judicial decisions depending on the composition of the court. interwoven with military overriders i have followed some of the recent judgements and they are not believable! we have a plus world problem that legislation is passed without any thought to eventual enforcement and with israel it is no exception !!!
